1. General Terms

2. Hotel Reservation and Stay Policies

2.1 Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card at the time of booking to verify its validity.

2.2 Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges. Valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan and room type. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for specific cancellation terms. Generally, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee, which may be up to the full cost of the stay.

2.4 Resort Fee

A daily resort fee of $45 plus applicable taxes will be charged in addition to the room rate. This fee includes certain amenities and services as specified at the time of booking.

2.5 Damage Policy

You are responsible for any damage to the room or other hotel property caused by you or your guests during your stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to your credit card on file.

3. Casino and Gaming Policies

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino floor or participate in any gambling activities. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required at any time.

3.2 Responsible Gaming

3.3 Gaming Rules

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks and electronic transfers may be accepted with prior approval.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may be incurred for services used during your stay, including but not limited to room service, minibar, telephone calls, and other incidental expenses. These charges will be billed to your room and must be paid at check-out.

5.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting any content to our website, including reviews, comments, or social media posts, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for your use of the services giving rise to the claim or (b) $100.
